- Heated gear from our US warehouse: ships free to US addresses. These items can't ship to Canada yet, and the product page says so.
- Northern Image designs (toques, hoodies): made to order and shipped to Canada and the US. Usually ships in 2 to 5 business days, plus delivery. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
- Partner-brand gear (marked on the product page): ships direct from the brand. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
- Prices in CAD for Canada, USD for the US.
- Every order gets a tracking email. Orders with items from different places arrive in separate boxes.
Returns
- Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Wrong size? We'll help you swap it.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
- Made-to-order and embroidered designs: returns for defects only.
