Shipping policy

Where we ship

• Heated gear from our US warehouse: ships free to US addresses. These items can't ship to Canada yet, and the product page says so.
• Northern Image designs (toques, hoodies): made to order and shipped to Canada and the US. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
• Partner-brand gear (marked on the product page): ships direct from the brand. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
• Prices are in CAD for Canada and USD for the US.
• Each product page says where that item ships.

Timing

• Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order designs usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
• Items from different warehouses ship separately.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking email for each package when it ships.
