This website is operated by Northern Image Supply Co., based in British Columbia, Canada. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products. We describe products as accurately as we can. Field Report runtimes are real results from our own tests in the conditions listed; your results may vary with temperature, wind, heat setting and battery age. Heated products must be used as directed. Remove batteries before washing and never sleep in heated clothing.

Prices and payment. Prices are in CAD for Canadian orders and USD for US orders. We may change prices at any time, but not on an order you've already placed. If an item is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Returns. See our Refund Policy.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.
